Come early and enjoy discovering the many outdoor features of the inn. Tour our legendary Culinary Farm, wander our extensive grounds, herb gardens, Woodland Trails and Art Forest. Along the way you’ll find QR codes that dive a bit deeper. Spot the Greenhouse, Sky Deck, Mushroom Patch, Pots and Pan Trail, Apple Tree Lane and meet the happy pigs. There’s so much to discover with whimsy at every turn, every corner inviting exploration, inspiration, and delight.

Begins at the Farmers Classroom overlooking the Chef and Fire Garden.
- Monday to Friday | Farm Tour | Join Farmer Kevin for an engaging introduction to our Culinary Farm and its regenerative practices.
- Saturday | Forager Tour | A unique wander with our resident Forager, Nick of North.
- Sunday | Chefs Tour Join Chef Matt Pigeon as he leads the Culinary Farm Tour.

Enjoy a simple bite that celebrates today’s fresh foraged or farmed ingredient, a tasty introduction to the flavours of our land.
What is included in the FireWorks Feast? How much does it cost?
- Our unique dining experience takes place over four hours featuring ingredients from our Culinary Farm, foraged and local tastes. The Feast is $295 per person plus tax and includes service (gratuities). Beverages are an additional cost, but service (grats) are always included.
- Join us for our “Open House” self-guided tour. Wander the property to discover our Culinary Farm, Skydeck, Pigs, Hens and the Arts Forest & Woodlands. We recommend starting the self-guided tour at 3:00 PM. Don’t forget to grab a drink at the Welcome Bar!
- Farm Tour
- Oyster Hour features ember-roasted oysters, unlimited raw oysters and three fire stations with hors d’oeuvres cooked or smoked with live fire.
- A sabre toast with sparkling wine.
- The Feast includes a sit-down multi-course meal in front of our 25-foot live-fire hearth. We serve a Bread course, Maritime Chowder, Earth Plate & Salad Course, Meat & Vegetables Course, and Farm Dessert.
- House-made marshmallows roasted over an open fire.
*Please note that our grounds are not fully accessible by wheelchair, and people with mobility issues should take caution when exploring the Culinary Farm & Fire Garden.

FireWorks Feast Dining Cancellation Policy
A $295 EXCLUDING tax (tax will be charged the night of your feast) deposit will be due at booking. Please cancel as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee. Due to the high demand for the FireWorks Feast and a long waiting list, there will be a charge of 2026 Price $295 + tax for no-shows/same-day cancellations.

Join Farmer Kevin Petrie in our new Farmers Classroom overlooking the Chefs Garden. Taste our terroir then enjoy an entertaining 30-minute introduction to our Culinary Farm, its’ many unique ecosystems and the sustainable regenerative agriculture techniques that have made us stewards of our own terroir.
Foragers Chat & Forage Taste | Saturday
Join our forager Nick of North in our new Farmers Classroom overlooking the Chefs Garden for a unique 30-miniute introduction to foraging and its daily role at the inn. Taste a foraged find from one of the many varied ecosystems and micro-seasons of Prince Edward Island. Learn about our intimate connection with the land around us and our island as it once was.
Chefs Chat & Chefs Taste | Sunday
Join Chef Matt Pigeon in our new Farmers Classroom overlooking the Chefs Garden for an entertaining and tasty 30-minute introduction to our Culinary Farm, how its intertwined with our kitchen and how the toil and bounty of the daily harvest inspires our chefs.
5pm | Oyster Hour
Our nightly celebration of the art and craft of wood fired cooking served from various live fire stations in the magical ambiance of the outdoor Fire Garden. The Fire Temple Taco Bar, the fierce heat of our homemade charcoal, slowly smoked signature salmon, wood roast flavours from the Copper Dome, even oysters nestled in the glowing embers of Oyster Rock. And don’t miss a few turns at our legendary slurp-all-you-like Bay Fortune Oyster Bar.
