Overnight guests always enjoy a guaranteed seat at The FireWorks Feast.
Named after the 25 foot wood burning hearth, The FireWorks Feast is a nightly celebration of flavour, fire, and the bounty of Prince Edward Island. This five hour indoor and outdoor culinary experience is immersive, authentic, and rooted in the land. Each menu is crafted daily by our Fire Brigade, using ingredients from our Culinary Farm, herb gardens, and the surrounding wilds. From early arrival through afternoon tastings and lively conversations in the Farmers Classroom, the experience unfolds gradually into evening.
Guests are welcomed in the early afternoon with a cocktail or glass of wine at the Welcome Bar, then invited to explore the property at their own pace. Wander the Culinary Farm, woodland trails, and Art Forest, and discover spaces like the Greenhouse, Sky Deck, Apple Tree Lane, and Mushroom Patch. Meet our resident pigs and uncover stories of the land through interactive touchpoints along the way.
The Culinary Farm Tour begins in the Farmers Classroom overlooking the Chef and Fire Garden. Monday to Friday, Farmer Kevin shares the story of the farm and its regenerative practices. Saturdays feature a forager led walk with Nick of North, while Sundays are hosted by Chef Matt Pigeon.
A Terroir Taste follows, a simple, elegant bite that celebrates a freshly foraged or harvested ingredient and introduces the flavours of the land. Oyster Hour unfolds in the Fire Garden as a vibrant celebration of live fire cooking, with smoked salmon, ember roasted oysters, tacos from the Fire Temple, and offerings from multiple fire stations, including our slurp all you like Oyster Bar.
The FireWorks Feast then brings guests into the FireWorks kitchen to gather, prepare, and share the very best of the Culinary Farm and island in an unforgettable communal dining experience.
