Named after the 25-foot, wood-burning hearth, The FireWorks Feast is a nightly celebration of flavour, fire, and our island’s bounty. Each menu is crafted by our Fire Brigade daily using ingredients from our Culinary Farm, herb gardens, and the wilds of PEI. This season, we’ve introduced a refreshed schedule designed to give you more time to explore, connect, and savour.
Experience the ultimate homage to the sea as we honour and celebrate Prince Edward Island’s most cherished red head. From early May to the end of June, we will incorporate this delicious shellfish into our nightly Feast menu bringing forth bold and inventive creations that will leave you wanting more.
Fortune Bay Lobster Season
Don’t like or can’t eat Lobster? No worries…you won’t miss out! The Inn at Bay Fortune accommodates all allergies and dietary restrictions with safety and taste in mind.
Lobster Season is from May to June based on our regional Setting and Landing Days.
The Wine Attic
The Wine Attic dining experience is the Inn’s most exclusive; an elevated evening dedicated to the world’s most revered wines. One seating per night, reserved in advance.
With a bird’s eye view of the restaurant, The Wine Attic is available for connoisseurs wanting an intimate Bordeaux forward tasting experience featuring four of France’s most prestigious wines, from the Grand Crus of Champagne to the great vineyards of Bordeaux. Curated by Sommelier Marie-Pier Fecteau and the Fire Brigade, this private evening pairs First and Second Growth wines with our FireWorks Feast and includes an additional fish course. Our cuisine is the perfect platform to complement and elevate the world’s most storied wines.
Chastity Smith has created a glamorous retreat for those who appreciate old world decor. A Feast gracefully served in a fantastical dining room among rich velvet textures and lush seating.

Chefs’ Harvest Culinary Retreat

This fall, we welcome back Chefs’ Harvest for the third year. Over four exclusive weekends, embark on a journey of flavour, creativity, and discovery, celebrating the vibrant bounty of Prince Edward Island and The Culinary Farm. This is our Fire Brigade’s favourite time of year and not to be missed!

An Interactive Festive Feast – DATE TBC for December 2026!
Chef Michael and Chastity Smith and The Fire Brigade host an unforgettable Festive Feast Dinner Party on December 5th at Delta Hotels Prince Edward. The night includes an oyster bar, mouth-watering turkey dinner, interactive games, and live music. For every table sold, one Turkey will be donated to local Food Banks. Tables of 8 or individual tickets available. Please help spread the word!
