Exciting Changes at The Inn at Bay Fortune

After ten successful years the FireWorks Feast is evolving once again. This season were introducing an array of thoughtful adjustments to improve our guest’s experience. We’ve redesigned our FireWorks Hearth, refreshed our legendary tables, expanded our menu offerings, and infused the space with Chastity’s Art Deco design surprises, adding a touch of elegance and intrigue to every corner. Like many of the world’s great restaurants we’ve also decided to reduce our seating to improve what we do.

Our outdoor experience is evolving as well. We’re adding Open House at 3pm to give our guests a chance to come early for a leisurely and freewheeling exploration of the inn. Our newly imagined Farmers Chat at 4:30 is a 30-minute entertaining exploration of our Culinary Farm from the vantage of the new Farmers Classroom overlooking our Chefs Garden. Oyster Hour debuts Chef Michaels latest smokehouse while the always-evolving FireWorks Feast features our new Harvest Share course and more.

The Village Feast

The Village Feast is more than a meal—it’s a mission. This annual event with Farmers Helping Farmers unites communities in celebration and giving, with proceeds supporting both local and global initiatives. Come for an old-fashioned steak dinner, lobster boil and local food extravaganza while supporting millions of meals annually for Kenyan schoolchildren and the real needs in our own backyard.

This fall, we welcome back Chefs’ Harvest for the third year. Over four exclusive weekends, embark on a journey of flavour, creativity, and discovery, celebrating the vibrant bounty of Prince Edward Island and The Culinary Farm. This is our Fire Brigade’s favourite time of year and not to be missed!
