The Fireworks Feast

Nightly from May 16 to October 11, 2025

After ten successful years the FireWorks Feast is evolving once again. This season were introducing an array of thoughtful adjustments to improve our guest’s experience. We’ve redesigned our FireWorks Hearth, refreshed our legendary tables, expanded our menu offerings, and infused the space with Chastity’s Art Deco design surprises, adding a touch of elegance and intrigue to every corner. Like many of the world’s great restaurants we’ve also decided to reduce our seating to improve what we do.

Our outdoor experience is evolving as well. We’re adding Open House at 3pm to give our guests a chance to come early for a leisurely and freewheeling exploration of the inn. Our newly imagined Farmers Chat at 4:30 is a 30-minute entertaining exploration of our Culinary Farm from the vantage of the new Farmers Classroom overlooking our Chefs Garden. Oyster Hour debuts Chef Michaels latest smokehouse while the always-evolving FireWorks Feast features our new Harvest Share course and more.

Open House

3pm | Daily | 2025 Season

Come early and enjoy discovering the many outdoor features of the inn. Tour our legendary Culinary Farm, wander our extensive grounds, herb gardens, Woodland Trails and Art Forest. Along the way you’ll find QR codes that dive a bit deeper. Spot the Greenhouse, Sky Deck, Mushroom Patch, Pots and Pan Trail, Apple Tree Lane and meet the happy pigs. There’s so much to discover with whimsy at every turn, every corner inviting exploration, inspiration, and delight.

Join our forager Nick of North in our new Farmers Classroom overlooking the Chefs Garden for a unique 30-miniute introduction to foraging and its daily role at the inn. Taste a foraged find from one of the many varied ecosystems and micro-seasons of Prince Edward Island. Learn about our intimate connection with the land around us and our island as it once was.

4:30pm | Sunday | Farmers Classroom

Join Chef Matt Pigeon in our new Farmers Classroom overlooking the Chefs Garden for an entertaining and tasty 30-minute introduction to our Culinary Farm, how its intertwined with our kitchen and how the toil and bounty of the daily harvest inspires our chefs.

What is included in the FireWorks Feast? How much does it cost?

  • Our unique dining experience takes place over four hours featuring ingredients from our Culinary Farm, foraged and local tastes. The Feast is $255 per person plus tax and includes service (gratuities). Beverages are an additional cost, but service (grats) are always included.
  • Join us for our “Open House” self-guided tour. Wander the property to discover our Culinary Farm, Skydeck, Pigs, Hens and the Arts Forest & Woodlands. We recommend starting the self-guided tour at 3:00 PM. Don’t forget to grab a drink at the Welcome Bar!
  • A NEW stationary Farmers Chat will start at 4:30 PM to replace the Farm Tour. The Farmers Chat will take place in the FireGarden.
  • Oyster Hour features ember-roasted oysters, unlimited raw oysters and three fire stations with hors d’oeuvre cooked or smoked with live fire.
  • A sabre toast with sparkling wine.
  • The Feast includes a sit-down multi-course meal in front of our 25-foot live-fire hearth. We serve a Bread course, Maritime Chowder, Earth Plate & Salad Course, Shared Plate, Meat or Catch of the day with Vegetables Course, and Farm Dessert.
  • House-made marshmallows roasted over an open fire.

*Please note that our grounds are not fully accessible by wheelchair, and people with mobility issues should take caution when exploring the Culinary Farm & Fire Garden.

*We can adjust our menu with advance notice for dietary allergies and sensitivities. Please inform us upon booking, or up to 72 hours before arrival.

FireWorks Feast Dining Cancellation Policy

$255 EXCLUDING tax (tax will be charged the night of your feast) deposit will be due at booking. Please cancel as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee. Due to the high demand for the FireWorks Feast and a long waiting list, there will be a charge of $255 for no-shows/same-day cancellations.

Island Flavours

Prince Edward Island is a chef’s paradise anchored by the land and sea. We’re proud to showcase an array of ingredients and products from the many culinary artisans that call our island home.

Wild Foraging

The island is home to a wide array of wild foods, so these ingredients can join the menu daily. Chef Michael and the Kitchen Brigade forage through the woods, fields, streams and seashores around us.

Wood Fire & Smoke

We prize the rituals and flavours of live fire and wood smoke. Our FireWorks and the many hand-built devices of our outdoor Fire Garden give us heat and flavour potential far beyond the limits of gas. We sustainably source and season local hardwoods.

Our nightly celebration of the art and craft of wood fired cooking served from various live fire stations in the magical ambiance of the outdoor Fire Garden. The Fire Temple Taco Bar, the fierce heat of our homemade charcoal, slowly smoked signature salmon, wood roast flavours from the Copper Dome, even oysters nestled in the glowing embers of Oyster Rock. And don’t miss a few turns at our legendary slurp-all-you-like Bay Fortune Oyster Bar.

6pm | The Feast

From farm to fire to fork with The Fire Brigade as we gather, prepare and share the very best of our farm and Prince Edward Island. An immersive multi-course experience and an authentic taste of our terroir. Save room for our farm-forward desserts and a toasted marshmallow at our nightly campfire!

Allergies & Sensitivities

Due to the unique and ever-changing terroir of our farm our feast menu is not set in advance. If there’s something you can’t eat, please let us know when you make your reservation so we can do our very best to accommodate. Gluten free? No problem! Don’t like fish? No worries. Dairy intolerance? Can do. Vegetarian? The Feast features the livestock, fowl and fish of Prince Edward Island but please join us, our Culinary Farm is epic and we have a few tricks up our sleeve just for you. We’re a farm first, we love our vegetables so were especially proud of our vegetarian chops!
